References in the Terms and Conditions to “ARCADE,” “we,” “us,” or “our” are to Arcade Clothing LLP. Any person accessing or using the websites located at www.aforarcade.com, and any other website(s) owned and/or operated by ARCADE and any of their associated web pages (collectively, the "Website") is referred to as "you" or “your”.

Thank you for your interest in our merchandise. Before making any purchases, please be informed that the access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. Please continue with your purchase only if you are willing to be bound by our terms and conditions.

By purchasing any merchandise and services through our Website, it represents that you have understood and agreed to (i) accept, comply with, and be bound by the terms and conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the terms and conditions.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the terms and conditions.




By placing an order with us, you are (i) consenting to our privacy policy (ii) offering to purchase a product, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. 

The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever.

All unfulfilled orders regardless of reason will automatically be cancelled and a full refund will be completed within 5 working days from the day we acknowledge your mode of refund. In certain cases, we may only offer store credits as a refund.

The refund will be credited to the account from which the Order was paid (i.e. If you paid via any third-party gateways like PayPal, a refund will be credited via PayPal). Please provide us with the account details (email address entered on PayPal when making payment) upon receiving our Order Cancellation email.

All Promo codes have to be entered upon purchase to be valid. Discount can't be applied to an order retrospectively (i.e. after it has been successfully made).

We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification.




All prices displayed on our Website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) by default. You may choose to shop in other currencies like United States dollar (USD), British pound (GBP), Australian dollar (AUD), Chinese yuan (RMB), Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and Malaysian ringgit (MYR), depending on your choice. For your information, the exchange rates of all foreign currencies are derived from Yahoo! Finance. Payments however are transacted based on PayPal’s prevailing exchange rates. So please take note that we will transact in SGD which means the actual amount you pay may differ from the converted prices displayed on site. 

All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event whereby a merchandise displays an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price or cancel your order whichever is necessary.





When editing images for display on our Website, we always strive to produce the most realistic colours of the merchandises. However, different people may perceive different colours as different devices renders colours differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.



All measurements provided on our Website are only basic measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Despite our efforts, the presence of discrepancies is still common due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. Such instances are also not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies unless it is beyond the grace limit. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy pertaining to discrepancies.



 We accept PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and GrabPay which accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and many other major credit/debit card payments online.

Singapore customers

A transaction fee (which we absorb) of 3.9% will be charged upon the transacted amount together with an addition of $0.50.


Overseas customers

A transaction fee (which we absorb) of 4.4% will be charged upon the transacted amount together with an addition of $0.50.

All packages are shipped from our Singapore office via NinjaVan unless otherwise stated.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Once your Order status has been updated to ‘AT SHIPPER’, you may track your package with the tracking number provided to you via email. You can also log in to your Account’s Order History to retrieve the tracking number.

NinjaVan delivers to all areas in Singapore mainland except for Jurong Island.

To schedule a re-delivery, you can contact NinjaVan at +65 6602 8271. Alternatively, please send them a message via live chat at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/support/contact-us . Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Ninja Van, if you have not receive any delivery failure message from NinjaVan.co.  

Re-delivery charge will apply after a 3rd failed delivery attempt.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.


Ninja Collect (For Singapore Orders Only)

You can now opt for a flexible self-collection option where you can pick up your package at 46 locations island-wide through our delivery partner, Ninja Van. For more details regarding this service, please visit https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/find-ninja-point

Ninja Collect | Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Select a collection point from the map provided and copy the generated address and postal code.
  2. Ensure your parcel sum of dimensions (length + width + height) does not exceed 80cm. Also ensure that no Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is required for the order.
  3. Visit https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/find-ninja-point
  4. Select a collection point from the map provided and copy the generated address and postal code.
  5. Paste the short address as your "Delivery Address" during checkout. 
  6. Simply confirm your purchase and you're good to go!
  7. You should receive a 'Verification Code SMS' when your parcel is ready for pick-up.


International Shipping


From July 2019, all international orders (outside of Singapore) will be shipped via DHL Express and NinjaVan.

The respective rates and delivery lead times can be found below.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

For dutiable items and/or parcels whose value is greater than RM500 per airway bill, a $20.00 permit fee and/or any applicable taxes will be charged.

International Shipping Rates via DHL will be reflected on the checkout page. Please email us at customercare@aforarcade.com for any concerns. 

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties 

Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.

If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.


Arcade Return Policy


Arcade Return Policy applies only to merchandise purchased on our website – www.AforArcade.com. Any Arcade merchandise purchased through third parties or our stockists is not covered under this Return Policy.

You can return any regular-priced item(s) for store credit within 10 calendar days of receiving your order for orders within Singapore or 21 calendar days of receiving your order for International orders.

For orders within Singapore, you are advised to return via the Singapore Post Registered Article Service. 

For International orders, kindly ensure that your return can be easily tracked. You are advised to use a trusted shipping service like your national postal service, DHL, or FedEx to send your returns.

All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers. We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns.

Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Returned item(s) that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected. You will be required to top up the delivery charges for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

All refunds will only be done via store credit. Store credit will only include the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the original delivery fee. Store credit will be valid for 1 month from date of issue. No extension will be allowed.

Items purchased with store credits cannot be returned for store credits again.

All Returns cases will have to be completed within 30 calendar days from the day of Arcade receiving the proof of postage.


Step-by-Step Guide on How To Return:


  1. Email us at customercare@aforarcade.com with the relevant email subject as follows;
    1. [ Defective Item – Order xxxxxx ] - attach a photo of the defect(s) on the item
    2. [ Wrong Item – Order xxxxxx ] - attach a photo of the wrong item
    3. [ Return - Order xxxxxx ] - indicating the item(s) you wish to return
  2. You will receive an acknowledgment reply detailing the return process
  3. Pack and send the return item via SingPost Registered Article Service for orders within Singapore or any trusted shipper’s trackable service outside of Singapore
  4. Send a snapshot of the return parcel tracking number on the email thread you have with customercare@aforarcade.com
  5. Depending on the preferred solution for your case, we will proceed once we receive the return item(s)


For International orders, please ensure to send your parcel via a trackable service through your National post office or DHL/FedEx.

Please take note that we do not bear any costs of returns, custom duties, taxes or any other charges arising from the return in such cases.

Lost return item(s) will be borne by customers, so please make sure to send us a snapshot of the Registered Article / Tracking Number once you have mailed it out.

Delivery costs are borne by Arcade only if the items sent are incorrect or defective.

Alternatively, you may choose to visit our office in Singapore to complete the return in person. However please be sure to come down only after you’ve received an appointment email confirmation from us.

Arcade will not reimburse any expenses incurred in the process of an in-person return.

All returns are refunded via store credit unless stated otherwise.


What is considered a defect


A defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacture defects at the point of receipt such as stains (before washing), holes, pills, missing buttons, or spoilt zippers.  

Due to the nature of mass-manufactured products, there might be discrepancies of 0.5”-1” (measured when apparel is laid flat and untouched) between our merchandise and the measurements we have provided on our Website. As such, these discrepancies are not regarded as a defect.  


If you have received merchandise with any of the defects as stated above, please email us at customercare@aforarcade.com with the email titled [ Defective Item – Order xxxxxx ]. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the defect.




Multiple promotions cannot be applied to the same order. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Promo codes have to be keyed in at checkout to be valid.

Items bought under promotions or with promo codes are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. 

The minimum spend does not include shipping fees and taxes.

Arcade reserves the right to amend the Terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.




Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

You understand and accept that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, audio, video, message, coding, or other material appearing on this Web site, collectively referred to as “Web Content”, are owned by Arcade Clothing LLP or its licensors.
