ARCADE CLUB Terms & Conditions

First-Time Sign-Up Discount

  • Enjoy S$5 off your first online order with a minimum spend of S$40 when you create a new Arcade account.
  • Minimum spend excludes shipping fees.
  • Discount can be used only once online and will be auto applied.
  • Applies only to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promo codes.

 

Arcade Tokens

  • Earn 1 Arcade Token for every dollar spent on regular-priced items, including backorders and preorders.
  • Tokens are not earned on sale items, shipping fees, or amounts paid using gift cards or store credits.
  • Tokens can be redeemed every 500 Tokens for S$10 off your purchase.
  • Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

 

Membership Tiers

  • Spend a minimum of S$600 within 6 months to qualify for the Champion tier.
  • Spend a minimum of S$1,200 within 6 months to qualify for the Guru tier.
  • Minimum spend is calculated net of returns and excludes shipping fees or amounts paid using gift cards or store credits, based on a rolling 6-month period.

 

Birthday Discount

  • Your birthday discount can be redeemed only during the calendar month of your birthday, as indicated in your account details.
  • A one-time use discount code will be sent via email on the first day of your birthday month.
  • Applies only to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promo codes.
  • Discount can be used once, either online or in-store.

Rookie

  • 10% birthday discount (one-time use) on regular-priced items, redeemable during your birthday month.

 

Champion

  • Enjoy 5% off regular-priced items, limited to 8 uses per calendar month (online and in-store combined).
  • Discount will auto-apply at checkout.

Guru

  • Early Access: Enjoy access to weekly launches 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
