- To redeem your S$5 off your first order, simply sign in to your account using the email registered and spend a minimum of S$40, excluding shipping and sale items.
- Minimum spend is calculated net of returns and excludes shipping fees over a rolling period of 6 months.
- Multiple-use discounts and birthday discounts can only be applied to regular priced items, including backorders and preorders, excluding sale items. Cannot be combined with other promo codes.
- Birthday discounts can only be redeemed during the calendar month of your birthday as indicated in your account details.
- Earn 1 Arcade token for every dollar spent on regular priced items, including backorders and preorders, excluding sale items.
- Arcade tokens are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Arcade tokens must be redeemed in blocks of 200 tokens (ie. S$10 store credit). Store credit must be used in full, any excess will not be credited.
- Refer a friend discount will be sent via email once the referee has made their first order of S$40 and above after discount.
