GENERAL
This physical gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Arcade Clothing LLP (“Arcade”) and can be used for purchases made in-store or online at www.aforarcade.com. By purchasing or using the Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
CARD CONDITION
Please check your Gift Card upon receipt. Once the card has been used or the code revealed, Arcade will not be responsible for any unauthorised use.
USAGE
- To redeem online, enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout
- To redeem in-store, pass the card to the employee at checkout.
The Gift Card is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited after redemption. If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.
VALIDITY
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Upon expiry, any unused Gift Card will be void and cannot be refunded or extended.
EXCLUSION
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. It is not exchangeable for cash or store credit, and no change will be given. All Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned. Promotions, discounts, and reward points may not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items purchased using a Gift Card are subject to Arcade’s Return Policy. Any approved refund for orders paid with a Gift Card will be credited back to store credit.
STOLEN, LOST, OR DAMAGED CARDS
The Gift Card should be treated like cash. Merchant will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use once issued. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Arcade reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, Arcade’s decision shall be final.
