Do I have to set up an account to shop at your site?
No, you don't have to. You can simply enter your shipping and billing details as a guest, but you will still have to supply us with an email address for us to send you an order receipt confirmation email and notification of order out process from our end.
How do I know an item is in stock?
As long as you are able to add the item to your shopping bag while browsing at the product page, it means the item is still available. If the item is out of stock, you will not be able to add that item to bag. In this case, we strongly encourage you to add your contact details to the Waiting List so as to be notified should the stock be replenished and/or if a backorder is opened for the item. Please also note that there is a chance that your item might get sold out during your checkout process, i.e. our checkout system is based on fastest finger first. Item will only be your's upon confirming your order and receiving a valid Order ID to your email.
How do I know if my order has been shipped out?
Your order has been shipped out when your order status is updated to "Shipped". For Standard Courier via NinjaVan, it will usually take about 1-3 working days, for Express Courier via NinjaVan, it will usually take about 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping times does not include a 1-2 working days of order processing time within Arcade.
Can I track my order?
Yes all delivery options offered within Singapore and for international customers comes with tracking. You can log in and track your order from 'Order History' or track it from 'Track Your Order' located in our website’s footer. For international customers, you will be notified of the tracking no. once your order is shipped, and you will have to visit www.singpost.com to track your parcel.
What payment methods does your site accept?

What is a backorder?
Backorder is an advanced order for an item that is currently not in stock, and that will be completed in an estimated timeline. Payment for the item is collected at the point of order, and Arcade will be updating every step of the way till the order is fulfilled.
The item that I want is sold out. How do I know if there is a backorder?
For items that are sold out, we will ascertain the demand and should we decide to open a backorder for any items, our customers will be informed via mailing list and our social media channels (namely Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). If you are keen on a specific item, it is also good to join the Waiting List for that item as we will always inform the customers on the waiting list via a dedicated email when a backorder is opened for the item of interest.
Why does backorder usually takes so long?
Most of Arcade merchandises are manufactured from scratch, meaning there are usually no ready stocks available. Everytime we do a restock of an item, it involves purchasing of materials, sewing works, packaging and freight - just to name a few. All these require time to ensure the best quality of clothing for our customers.
Will the backorder arrive only on the given estimated date of arrival?
Based on our past backorder experience, the stocks usually arrives on time or even early. The eventual stock arrival is often dependent on factors such as cloth availability, schedule of the factory, the amount of workmanship required and freight. As much as Arcade always strive to deliver beforehand, we also seek your kind understanding should there be any unforseen third party delays.
We will always update our backorder customers via email when we receive updates on the stock arrival. You can also refer to the item's backorder page as we will also update the ETA on the page itself.
I missed the backorder's closure date. Can I still join the backorder?
We continue to accept backorders as long as you are able to add them to cart, even after the backorder closure date. This is because we always order some extra pieces in case some customers miss out on the backorder.
However, in rare cases where we have insufficient quantity due to defects or when the eventual stock quantity that arrives is less than what was ordered, priority will be given to orders that are placed before the backorder closure date.
I intend to join multiple backorders. Why can't I cart them out together so I can combine the postage?
Backorders cannot be combined into one invoice because it is highly likely that the backorders will arrive at different times even though the estimated date of arrival is the same. This is true for backorders of different designs, and also for backorders of the same design but in different colours.
As we cannot be sure that the backorders can arrive at the same time, be it same design or not, we will have to collect the postage for each colour/design separately so that we can mail out the stocks as soon as possible and ensure that there is no delay in receiving the backorder for all our customers, whether one piece or multiple pieces are purchased.
The best method to receive all your backorders at one time is to self-collect them at our office. Our office is located conveniently a 5-minute walk away from MacPherson MRT. You can opt to come by for self-collection when you have received all arrival notifications of your orders. Hence, saving on postage and time.
I will like to wait for all the backorders to arrive and have them sent out in one package. How do I go about doing it?
When checking out your items, select self collection as your delivery method for all your orders.
As we will update you via email everytime a backorder arrives, you can hold till all your backorders have arrived and decide if you will like to come by our office to self-collect your orders. However, if you will like to proceed with mail delivery, we can make an exception for you to top up postage (amount depending on your postage method of choice) and ship all your accumulated orders in one package.
You will have to provide us with all the order IDs that you will like us to ship out together, and please do ensure that they are all orders with the status [Awaiting Self Collection]. The combined package will be shipped upon receiving the top up of postage fee.
That said, we will still strongly advise self collection as it is really the best way to save on postage and collect all your orders at one go. :)
Where is Arcade based?
Arcade is based in Singapore, with one of the strongest e-commerce infrastructure in the world.
How do I shop if I want my purchases to be shipped to a destination out of Singapore?
All international orders are sent via Air Parcel through Singapore Post, Singapore's largest postal service provider and leading regional logistics company. The package takes 5-17 working days to reach you upon dispatch at the post office, depending on your destination country.
Our international shipping rates have also recently (Feb 2014) been updated to be more competitive to serve our overseas customers better. You can refer to our rates here. When shopping online, you can shop easily by selecting your currencies based on countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, China, Hong Kong, USA, UK.
What is Arcade's working hours?
Arcade operates during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays (exclusive of public holidays). Having you with us is important to us and we always strive to get back to you within 48 working hours.
