Any person accessing or using the websites located at, and any other website(s) owned and/or operated by ARCADE and any of their associated web pages (collectively, the "Website") is referred to as "you" or “your”. 


Thank you for your interest in our merchandises. Before making any purchases, please be informed that the access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. Please continue with your purchase only if you are willing to be bound by our terms and conditions. 


By purchasing any merchandises and services through our Website, it represents that you have understood and agreed to (i) accept, comply with, and be bound by the terms and conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the terms and conditions. 


We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the terms and conditions. 





By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, and (ii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. 


The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. 


All unfulfilled orders by what-so-ever reason will automatically be cancelled and a full refund will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive your account details.

The refund will be credited into the account from which the Order was paid for (i.e. If you paid via any third party gateways like Paypal, refund will be credited via PayPal). Please provide us with the account details upon receiving our Order Cancellation email.


We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. 





All prices displayed on our Website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD), United States dollars (USD), British pound (GBP), Australian dollars (AUD), Chinese yuan (CNY) and Malaysian ringgits (MYR), depending on your choice. All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event whereby a merchandise displays an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. 






When editing images for display on our Website, we always strive to produce the most realistic colours of the merchandises. However, different people may perceive different colours as different devices renders colours differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours. 



All measurements provided on our Website are only basic measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Despite our efforts, the presence of discrepancies is still common due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. Such instances are also not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies unless it is beyond the grace limit. A transaction fee (which we absorb) of 3.4% will be charged upon the transacted amount together with an addition of $0.50. 


► eNets Credit (Currently Unavailable)
eNets Credit accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments online. 

A transaction fee (which we absorb) of 4% will be charged upon the transacted amount. GST will also be charged upon the transaction fee. 


► eNets Direct Debit

eNets Direct Debit is available to you if you have a DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB or Citibank Internet Banking account. 

A transaction fee (which we absorb) of 2% will be charged upon the transacted amount. GST will also be charged upon the transaction fee. 


► Internet Banking

After you have made the payment transfer, please make sure to take note of all the details of the transfer before logging out of your Internet Banking system as you are required to provide those information when submitting payment details later on. 


► ATM Transfer

Before making the payment transfer via the ATM, please ensure that the machine will produce a receipt. This is important as you are required to upload a snapshot of the receipt when submitting payment details. 


Submitting Payment Details 
After making the payment transfer, all required payment details must be submitted on our Website (via within 24 hours since the receipt of an invoice. This is a crucial step to completing your order hence it is important that you submit all required payment details accurately. 


We will neither be held responsible if your order is cancelled because you did not submit payment details within 24 hours since the receipt of an invoice nor if the processing of your order is delayed because of insufficient or inaccurate payment details provided on your part.

NinjaVan delivers to all areas in Singapore except for Restricted Zones (Army camps, ports, airports) and PO Boxes.


We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.



Self-Collection (within Singapore)


If you prefer to self-collect your merchandises instead of having them mailed out, you may do so at our office which is located 5-minute walk from MacPherson MRT.


Please ensure that we have authorised the self-collection appointment before making your way down so as to ensure that your order is ready for collection.


Any transport expenses incurred in the process will not be reimbursed. As such, please only select the option of self-collection if you are comfortable with traveling to our office at your own cost.


Ninja Collect (For Singapore Orders Only)

A flexible Self-Collection option - No more waiting at home for your delivery! We now offer a flexible self-collection option at 46 (and counting) locations island-wide through our delivery partner, Ninja Van. For more details regarding this service, please visit


Ninja Collect: Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Ensure that your parcel is delivered by Ninja Van. If unsure, please contact the e-commerce store directly.
2. Ensure your parcel sum of dimensions (length+width+height) does not exceed 80cm. Also ensure that no Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is required for the order.

All orders will be sent via Air Parcel through Singapore Post, Singapore's largest postal service provider and leading regional logistics company. The package takes 5-17 working days to reach you upon dispatch at the post office, depending on your destination country.

All overseas packages will be registered with Singapore Post for added security and accountability. A Registered Article (RA) Number will be allocated to you via email when the package is sent out. You can track your package via the RA number at:


Please note that overseas registered articles, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations.


In addition, any custom, taxes or import duties imposed by the destination country must be incurred by the recipient as we have no control over these charges.


If you are unable to select a shipping method when carting out your purchase, this may mean that your package is too heavy to be sent in a single parcel and/or your country requires a different shipping method. In such cases, do email us at so we can better assist you.



Delivery Information for non-Arcade labels above SGD100 (Includes Miista and HyperGrand)


With effect from 12 May 2015, all non-Arcade labels with item value of SGD100 and above will enjoy free shipping via NinjaVan Express Courier.

All brands other than Arcade labels with merchandise value of SGD100 and above will be delivered exclusively via NinjaVan Express Courier (within Singapore) unless otherwise stated.


For International Orders of non-Arcade labels above SGD100, international delivery charges will be charged according to the International Delivery Price Chart above. Unless otherwise stated.





This Exchange Policy applies only to merchandises purchased on our Website. Any "Arcade", or previously “Little Red Heels” and “MerryMen” merchandises purchased through third parties are not secured by this Exchange Policy.


Requests for exchanges are allowed only when you have received (i) an incorrect merchandise, or (ii) a defective merchandise. Requests for exchanges other than the above reasons will not be entertained.


Regardless of the reason of the request for exchanges, exchanges are allowed only if the merchandise in concern is (i) unworn, (ii) unwashed and in a (iii) brand new and saleable condition. Requests for exchanges will be rejected if any of the above criteria is not met.


If all of the above criteria has been met, please contact our Customer Care Officer within 10 working days from when the merchandise was dispatched to request for an exchange. Requests for exchanges will not be entertained after 10 working days from when the merchandise was dispatched. All exchange cases opened (signified by the first reply from Arcade) will have 30 days to be completed, Arcade will not be obliged to follow up on the case on the 31st day.


All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.


Incorrect Merchandises Received

If you have received a different merchandise from what you have ordered, please send in an email to our Customer Care Officer at with the email titled “Incorrect Merchandise Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Invoice Number and a clear snapshot of the mailing envelope (with the mailing label in view) together with the incorrect merchandise received.


Defective Merchandises Received 

A defective merchandise is defined as an item that has stains (before washing), holes, pills, missing buttons or spoilt zippers at the point of receipt. 


Due to the nature of mass manufactured products, there might be discrepancies of 0.5”-1” (measured when apparel is laid flat and not stretched) between our merchandises and the measurements we have provided on our Website. As such, these discrepancies are not regarded as a defect. 


If you have received a merchandise with any of the defects as stated above, please send in an email to our Customer Care Officer at with the email titled “Defective Merchandise Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Invoice Number and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect. 



Upon receiving your request for exchange, our Customer Care Officer will assess your situation with the images attached with the email. If the merchandise is deemed as incorrect or defective upon assessment of the image, a one-for-one exchange will then be approved. 
However if the defect is found not to be a manufacture defect upon assessment of the merchandise itself, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement to conduct an exchange and we will not be liable for any shipping fees incurred in this process. 
► Exchange for Another Merchandise 
In the event whereby the originally purchased merchandise is out of stock in all colours and sizes, you will be offered an exchange for another merchandise of your choice with the same or lesser price than the originally purchased merchandise. You may choose to exchange it for another merchandise of a higher price than the originally purchased price if you are willing to make a top-up of the difference in price. 
► Credits or Refund 
If an exchange for another merchandise is not possible due to the exchange merchandise being out of stock, you can choose to store the value in your account as credits or to receive a refund. Arcade Clothing reserves the right to not issue store credits nor a refund on a case by case basis.
Mode of Return 
Regardless if you would like to exchange the originally purchased merchandise for another merchandise, or store the value in your account as credits or to receive a refund, you can choose to return the merchandise to us via (i) SingPost, or (ii) at our office, once an exchange has been approved.
► SingPost Registered Article Service
All merchandises have to be returned via SingPost Registered Article Service. Please talk to us at for details of the return. We will proceed to arrange the shipping of your replacement piece once we have received the return item.
► At Our Office
If you prefer a faster mode of return, you may do so at our office which is a 5-minutes walk away from Paya Lebar MRT (Circle Line). The full address will be disclosed only upon authorisation of the return. 
If you prefer to conduct the exchange at the office, we will not be held responsible if the replacement is not ready for self-collection in the event whereby you choose to visit our office before we have confirmed the appointment.
Any transport expenses incurred on your part in conducting the self-collection is not our responsibility to reimburse. As such, please select the option of self-collection only if you are willing to travel to our office at your own cost. 

Returns Policy for non-Arcade labels above SGD100 (Includes Miista and HyperGrand)


All purchases of brands that are non-Arcade labels with merchandise value of above SGD100.00 will enjoy 100% no questions asked returns policy.


i.e. If you are unhappy with the purchase for whatever reasons, we will be more than willing to perform a full refund*, store credit for next time purchase, or a one-to-one exchange (depending on stock availability) for the merchandise.


To qualify for no-questions-asked returns policy, item has to be unworn, unwashed and perfect for resale condition.
